Please allow 5 working days for UK delivery (See Covid-19 note below).

What should I do if my order isn’t delivered?
Please email shawhouse@westberks.gov.uk including your order number and full name as this will help us speed up the search for your order details. Emails are monitored Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.


Returns policy
We hope that you love your new products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email shawhouse@westberks.gov.uk including your order number, full name and reason for your refund request within 30 days of purchase.

The item should be returned to the address below in original condition (unused and in its original packaging with labels). Please include a piece of paper with the name of the person who purchased the items, their email address, telephone number, the order number and the reason for the return.

Items should be posted back securely, please note that return postage will be at your own cost. West Berkshire Heritage cannot be held liable for returned items which do not reach us.

Please allow 10 working days for the funds to be refunded to your bank account.

We are unable to accept returns for earrings.

Exchanges

Please note that we only allow exchanges in person, please bring your purchase back to Shaw House reception in it’s original condition and packaging. If you would like to exchange your product online, please send the original item back to be refunded and place an order for the replacement. If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged, please email shawhouse@westberks.gov.uk.


Covid-19 Update
Please note that we must receive your returned items before we can process your refund. Due to new safety regulations, all parcels received will be left for 72 hours before opening. Once we have opened your parcel and confirmed your returned goods have been received we will then be able to process your refund. You will receive an email to confirm when the refund has been processed.

Deliveries may be delayed due to staff shortages, we would be grateful for your patience should this happen.
