Shaw House Stall Holder Enquiry

This form notifies us of your interest in a stall space at a Shaw House fair, it does not constitute a booking.

Once this online form is completed, a member of the team will be in touch to let you know about the application process, availability and pricing. The information that you provide will be added to our stall holder database which is used to notify stall holders as to when applications are open for each seasonal Fair.

Spring Food & Craft Fair (April)
The majority of stalls are located indoors and are provided with a 5ft table and chairs – double tables available on request and at an additional cost. Outdoor stall holders must bring their own gazebos, tables and chairs to fit within their allocated 3m by 3m stall space.

Summer Fair (July) 
All stalls are located outside. Spaces are 3m by 3m and stall holders are required to bring their own gazebo, table and chairs.

Christmas Fair (December)
The majority of stalls are located indoors and are provided with a 5ft table and chairs – double tables available on request and at an additional cost. Outdoor stall holders must bring their own gazebos, tables and chairs to fit within their allocated 3m by 3m stall space.


Please note: due to the nature of the grade I historic building, parking will be some distance from the stall space location. Stall holders are advised to bring their own equipment to assist in moving their items e.g. sack trollies. There are lifts within the House for access to the first floor.
