Workshops: Handmade Ceramics: Indoor Planter21 April 13:00
Starting with clay as the raw material you will learn to coil and strap clay and manipulate it to creating a small individual indoor planter. You will then enhance the surface texture by adding clay and incised markings these may be inspired from the museum collection or from nature.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners.
The planters will be taken away to be fired and glazed and should be ready for collection three weeks after the workshop.
The museum and café are open 10am – 4pm.
