Family Activity Day: Terrific Tudors

Terrific tygs
10am – 3.30pm 
Make a Tudor tyg, a many handled sharing cup, from air-drying clay.
Dress for mess! Disposable aprons will be made available for the messier activities.

Make a mini Tudor knot garden
With Growing2gether
10.30am – 3pm
Using herbs and plants grown by local charity Growing2gether, make your own mini Tudor knot garden in a square container to take home. This drop-in activity will take place in the Kitchen Garden at Shaw House.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

£2 per child. For 4-11 year olds but younger and older children are welcome. No need to book, drop in.
Ticket price includes both activities.

Please note: Shaw House is a Grade I listed building and unfortunately cannot accommodate pushchairs. We have a policy where visitors are asked to please leave push chairs on the ground floor, in the safe area provided. We offer hip seats which are suitable for children from 6 months to 3 years.
