Equity-compliant Illyria presents a magnificent retelling of this much loved Roald Dahl classic.

Danny thinks his dad is the most marvellous and exciting father a boy could wish for. Life is happy and peaceful in their caravan, until one day Danny discovers his dad has a secret passion for pheasant shooting. Danny soon finds himself the mastermind behind the most incredible and daring plot ever attempted against nasty, greedy Mr Victor Hazell.

This funny and heart-warming story tells the tale of the love between a boy and his father who join forces in the adventure of a lifetime.

By Roald Dahl, adapted by David Wood
