Online Bookings

The Corn Exchange (Newbury) provide box office services, including online booking, for selected events. Where online booking is available you will be directed to a booking page hosted by The Corn Exchange. Online bookings are subject to a £1 booking fee per ticket. Participatory workshops will be exempt from the booking fee.

Booking at the Venue

Bookings made in person, or by telephone at Shaw House, West Berkshire Museum or the Corn Exchange Box Office will be processed free of charge.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the venue/promoter, in which case a refund to the full value of the tickets will be offered
  • Tickets can be collected free of charge from the venue that you have purchased from, if you would like tickets posted there will be a charge of £1.20
  • All events have unreserved seating unless otherwise stated
  • All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • In the case of severe weather, outdoor events may be postponed to an alternative date
  • Pushchairs and prams are not permitted inside Shaw House, because of restricted space available in a Tudor building – however, they can be left safely by reception.

Workshops Cancellation policy:

Workshops are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your booking onto any other session at either Shaw House or West Berkshire Museum and pay any higher price difference. Please contact reception directly (not the course leader) in order to transfer your booking; Shaw House 01635 279279, Museum 01635 519562.
